The investor needs to submit the Redemption Request either at the office of the Mutual Fund Company or at any of its offline service centres directly or through intermediaries.
It is always advisable to consult your investment adviser before redeeming your mutual fund units because of the applicable tax norms and other rules, due to which you might have to pay more tax or exit load as per the provisions of the scheme related documents.
