Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is a specialized scheme launched to train India's youth for under-taking jobs which will enable them to lead an overall better life. PMKVY is implemented by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship through the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Its training and assessment fee for the applicants will be reimbursed by the Indian Government. In fact, the Government has allocated around Rs. 12,000 crores for funding this scheme along with striving to nurture nearly 10 million budding individuals of 2016-2020.
