* Allotment letter from builder/Agreement of Sale/Registration and stamp duty receipt/Index- ii/NOC from builder/Own Contribution Receipt (OCR )/Development Agreement/Tripartite Agreement/Partnership Deed/Sale Deed/Title Search Report/NA order

* PAN/Passport/Driving license/Election /Voters ID card/Aadhaar Card

* Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by the officer of the State Government/ Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address
