The investor needs to once again visit the fund house’s website, download the form for cancellation of SWP, fill in the required details and submit it in the company/agent’s office. The form can even be submitted online.
The form has to be submitted at least 7 days before the date of withdrawal for the cancellation to be effective from the same period. If it is not submitted within the above stipulated time, the SWP stands cancelled from the next withdrawal period.
