- The National Stock Exchange of India is India’s largest financial market. It was incorporated in 1992 and in 2015, NSE was ranked 4th in the world in terms of equity trading volume.
- NSE has a fully-integrated business model that provides high-quality services to its customers. The services consist of exchange listings, trading services, clearing and settlement services, indices, market data feeds, technology solutions and financial education offerings.
- NSE also oversees compliance by trading and clearing members and listed companies with the rules and regulations of the exchange.
- The National Stock Exchange was the first electronic limit order book to trade derivatives and ETFs and has been a pioneer in Indian financial markets.
